This Privacy Policy explains how CorridorIQ collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). We do not sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1. Overview
CorridorIQ is a migration intelligence and market research platform. We collect the information needed to operate accounts, provide maps and data products, process subscriptions, generate insights, improve the Service, send service communications, and protect the Service from abuse.
We may create, use, disclose, and license aggregated or de-identified data and insights that do not reasonably identify an individual. We maintain de-identified data in de-identified form and prohibit recipients from attempting to re-identify individuals.

- Preferences, survey responses, market requests, beta or access requests, support messages, and other information you submit.
- Payment and subscription information when you choose a paid plan. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store full card numbers.

- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, request metadata, error logs, and security or rate-limit events.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create accounts, authenticate users, manage access tiers, and provide customer support;
- operate maps, dashboards, reports, AI-generated narratives, Content Hub features, and market intelligence tools;
- process subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, and billing support through Stripe;
- personalize the Service based on preferences and submitted profile information;
- measure product usage, improve performance, debug errors, and develop new features;
- send transactional emails such as confirmations, password resets, security notices, billing messages, and product updates; and
- prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, protect security, comply with law, and enforce our Terms.
5. AI Processing
Some features use AI providers to generate market narratives, content, recommendations, summaries, and related outputs. Prompts may include market data, public data, product context, and information you submit when using AI-enabled features. We do not use AI outputs to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.
Do not submit sensitive personal information unless needed for the feature you are using. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete; you should review and verify them before relying on them.
7. Retention and Security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain accounts, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and support legitimate business needs. We may keep aggregated or de-identified information longer.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, database access controls, rate limiting, third-party authentication infrastructure, and error monitoring configured to limit default personal-information collection. No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or appeal a privacy request decision.
California residents may also have rights to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources and purposes of collection, the categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
