These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CorridorIQ's website, applications, data, reports, AI-generated content, maps, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking an acceptance button, starting a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
"CorridorIQ," "we," "us," and "our" mean the CorridorIQ business providing the Service. "You" means the person or organization using the Service. If you use the Service for a company, brokerage, team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Our Service
CorridorIQ provides migration intelligence, demographic data, market signals, maps, reports, AI-generated narratives, content tools, and related workflow features for real estate and market research use. Some features may be free, paid, beta, limited, or available only to approved users.
We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Beta or preview features are provided for testing and may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly at support@corridor-iq.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share accounts, create accounts for others without permission, create multiple accounts to avoid limits, or use another person's account.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, included features, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. By starting a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes until you cancel.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access may continue until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- break the law, violate these Terms, or infringe anyone's rights;
- scrape, crawl, bulk download, harvest, or systematically extract data;
- resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or commercialize our data or outputs without written permission;
- use the Service for benchmarking, competitive analysis, or to build, improve, or market a competing product or service;
- use Service data, reports, outputs, or screenshots to train, fine-tune, test, or evaluate any AI or machine learning model without written permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, copy, frame, mirror, or interfere with the Service;
- evade rate limits, access controls, security controls, or usage restrictions;
- upload malware, spam, deceptive content, or content you do not have rights to use; or
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or use of CorridorIQ outputs.
6. Restricted Decisions and Fair Housing
The Service is not a consumer report, tenant screening product, credit report, background check, or eligibility decision tool. You may not use the Service, data, maps, scores, reports, or AI outputs for decisions covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws, including tenant screening, lending, credit, insurance, employment, housing eligibility, or other eligibility decisions about a person.
You may not use the Service to violate the Fair Housing Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, or other anti-discrimination laws. This includes steering, redlining, discriminatory targeting or exclusion, discouraging access to housing, or using protected-class information or proxies for discriminatory purposes.
7. AI, Data, and Professional Judgment
CorridorIQ uses public, licensed, internal, and third-party data, plus AI systems, to generate insights. Data and AI outputs may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, revised, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output.
The Service does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, lending, insurance, appraisal, brokerage, housing eligibility, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for a business, financial, legal, or regulated decision.
8. Ownership and Content
Our materials
We and our licensors own the Service, including our software, designs, interfaces, compilations, analyses, scoring methods, reports, AI workflows, and presentation of data. Public source data remains owned by its original sources or in the public domain, as applicable.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
Aggregated data
We may create, use, disclose, and license aggregated or de-identified data and insights derived from use of the Service, provided they do not reasonably identify you or another individual. Recipients may not attempt to re-identify individuals or use the data for discriminatory or unlawful purposes.
Feedback
If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, AI features, maps, analytics, email, security, support, and data storage. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the Service, failed to pay, or used the Service in a way that could harm CorridorIQ, users, or third parties.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CorridorIQ and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CorridorIQ harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, submitted content, or use of the Service for restricted, regulated, or discriminatory decisions.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@corridor-iq.com and try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version and changing the date above. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@corridor-iq.com.
